Content-To-Racer plugin

Developing a tool in C++ is non-standard but making it work together using the Autodesk 3ds Max SDK didn't make it a trivial task. This plugin exports scene data into a custom dof format used by the Racer engine. Geometry and material data gets analyzed and parsed to an xml like structure, making it compatible with the Racer engine and its editors.
